Tim was fantastic! Our water heater went out last night and we were researching plumbers in the area. We saw Basset was highly recommended on Reddit by other customers so we gave them a call. Can’t recommend this company enough!!! Had some furnace issues and Tim came to give us an estimate on a new furnace and Tristan and Jordan came to install the new furnace. Everything from the first visit to the install was amazing. Tim did a thorough estimate and explained everything so well and Tristan and Jordan did an exceptional install job. They took extra care in putting on the shoe covers to keep my house clean as well as explaining the whole new system. They all were kind, respectful, and efficient. I will definitely be using them when it’s time to upgrade our Ac unit! Thanks guys…we appreciate everything!

Richard came out to the house to evaluate my furnace, due to some recent issues that started. It was determined that the furnace needed to be replaced, due to it being 25 years old. Richard made the whole process easy as we discussed options, payment plans, and how soon we could get everything installed. Richard went above and beyond, showing that Bassett Heating & AC is the way to go for a quick, easy, smooth process.

The techs were professional while I was subjected to a way too much marketing tactics. In the end $1500 for a simple pressure regulator valve change and purging air out of the boiler loop was at a minimum $800 too much. The valve assembly would have cost me ~$200 and there was no soldering involved. « Lawyers’ » rates… At least Basset plumbing was reachable, not like the other 5 plumbers who didn’t return my voice mails. Still greedily pricey not allowing me to do more business long term. I’ll have someone else replace my boiler for which the quoted me about $17k when it should be $10k-$12k max.

Anthony did a great job with our furnance and AC . He was very knowledgable, explained what he was doing and provided outstnading service. I was very pleased with his work and would request him again. Allijia did a great job working along with Antony to provide outstanding service. UPDATE 2/9/26 Tim came over to replace the cartridges in my 2 showers. Since it was about 13 years since they were serviced the handle set screw, the escutcheon cap on both of them were very hard to remove. What I appreciated about Tim was his persistence in working to get these removed using lubricants and tools. Finally after much effort he was able to remove both of them and replace the old cartidges. Both showers are running great--like having new showers! Thanks Tim. I definitely would ask for Tim next time I have plumbing needs.
