  We got in touch, had an initial consultation, and after a YEAR, they refused to return our calls, answer the phone, or prove they exist at all!

  Glover was great to come out yesterday when we had to shut down our swamp cooler in the 97 degree heat! So the STAR is for showing up. The problem originated when we couldn't replace the water filter for our well water without it leaking. The leak was taken care of easily and Glover did return my call when I requested an explanation of charges. The charge included an ‘after hour’ fee and an itemized detail of the additional charges. It still seemed high since servicing took 20 minutes and only a replacement of the ring on the filter.

  Says that they will put in a well at a certain price, and then they come back and the cost is way more once you try and get something on the books. Then I continuously try to get him to come out to my property for over 6 months to get my well put in for my new home. And there was a million and one excuses. Personal family issues, running behind schedule, you name it and he said that it was a problem. After getting pushed off for another 6 months I ended up hiring Crandall drilling who was on the ball, and was out when they said that they were going to be out and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Cheapest is not always best. As I am finding out that Glover drilling unfortunately has more bad reviews than good. And other previous people that have had work done by him are not happy with the quality of work. So thanks Glover for pushing me off, eventually deciding to completely ignore phone calls, emails, and text messages. Looks like you actually did me a favor.
