  Shaun did a great job helping us get our furnace back up and running! We lost heat while we were on vacation, Shaun came out the morning after I reported things not working, and fixed it all up in one visit. He explained everything that was wrong in layman’s terms so that I actually understood what was happening with my system, why it broke, and why his repair would fix it.

  Chuck was extremely helpful. He took the time to comprehensively scope my sewer line, precisely marking the locations of anomalies and advising a range of options to deal with each one. He did not cut corners and made sure that I, as a layperson, comprehensively understood the state of my home’s sewage handling system. I will continue using Chuck in the future.

  Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning came out to my house this week to install a Bryant Heat Pump/furnace. What a wonderful job they did! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs! The process started with John, who came to give us an estimate for the replacement of our 23-year-old furnace. No sales pressure, just straight up information. John told us about the HEAR program which is an income-based incentive as well as other incentives that would apply to us. This was a big determiner in choosing a Bryant Heat Pump and Fort Collins Heating and air. A special shout out to technicians Sam and Travis. They were great to work with.

  Living in Dallas, I thought finding someone to replace my sisters AC and heater in Ft Collins was going to be a nightmare. Reality was finding a wonderful company that had fantastic reviews, been in business for 31 years and finding there staff to be awesome. I read every review and did not find one bad or iffy review. Ft. Collins Heating and Cooling came out with in 2 days measured everything for a perfect fit and researched everything to help me. Caleb and Mitch were amazing. They were able to find rebates as my sister is handicapped and over 65. Texted many times with Caleb last night. He didn't leave at 5 to end the day but at 9pm he is still helping me. I can't say enough about this company. They are replacing things that were not put in to code 4 years ago. I'm so excited that my sister will not have to worry about her AC Heater anymore. The pricing was super great. Thank you to this company for helping me get this done. A 5 star company with 5 star star staff.

  Our heating system failed. We called Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning and Zach responded promptly and on time to call. Zach explained the problem, offered a solution and fixed the issue quickly. Zach was personable, professional and polite. After fixing the issue he reviewed our heating system - we have resided in Fort Collins for a little more than a year and our home is six years old. After listening to Zach, we also purchased a service plan. All of this at an extremely reasonable rate. We would recommend Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning, and our tech, Zach, highly. Great service, prompt attention (Zach was here when he said he would be here, calling in advance) and friendly, professional service. Zach and Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning totally exceeded our expectations.
