    The people and the work was fine, but what we had was a nice Moen kitchen faucet for which the guts are easily changed (I have done it myself for free when younger). I was told this was a low end vendor and below their standards. They ended up replacing with it with a Delta which is very obviously an inferior product.

    We got the best service and personnel ( Josh) to come diagnose and fix our issue with options and he really cared about our experience and the receptionist had given him good notes on what we initially called and said was the problem. Thank you for 5 Star service

    Kyle was able to isolate and diagnose my issue within 15 minutes. I had lost power in my living room yet the rest of the house had no issues. It did not trigger my breaker box. KYLE sorted it out and found that it was an outlet gone bad. Because I have an Older Home, he presented me with several options to safeguard against any other outlets that might go bad as well. Because of the holiday season and what not I’m going to call him back and schedule a time that we can discuss it further. I may also enroll as a member to get an annual service appointments. Everything was great, the only thing I would say was tough, is that I had to wait a day to get service. They were too busy for same-day service.

    I am having quite a bit of difficulty with this company and scheduling, recently paid twenty thousand dollars for a furnace and water heater, the work went alright besides taking a few extra hours because they brought the wrong furnace up and had to wait for the right one to come. Then after the work is completed I'm made aware that I need an inspection done to make sure all the components arent leaking gas. To get this inspection done apparently it's a whole day of waiting at the house for these people who won't give out a time of day to show up. Lions scheduling called me three times a day for three days without leaving messages so I have no clue who keeps calling but they're trying to get the inspection done. When I'm finally able to get a whole free day off to give without pay they cancel my inspection morning of with no helpful options except "we're sorry this process can be frustrating." So far they've wasted my time, my money and been very difficult to work with. They just refused to have a manager call us and are blaming the town I live in along with holiday scheduling can be difficult even though I made this appt five weeks ago. This place is getting worse the more they back themselves into a corner by lying and not being helpful to people who just paid them 20k. This response from them has been extremely unprofessional and I don't recommended these overpriced services with the lack of customer service. Find someone who will call you back and not reschedule morning of after overcharging.
