I recently had maintenance work done at my home that involved plumbing (Jerry), electrical(Kyle), and HVAC(Jeff) services, and I couldn't be more impressed. Each technician was highly skilled and professional, addressing the issues efficiently and effectively. They arrived on time, were respectful of my property, and clearly communicated the work they were performing. The quality of their work was outstanding, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my home's systems. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and expert home maintenance.

Really loved this company when the initially installed my water tank and furnace but their lack of follow through to honor their warranties is an issue. Ultimately I had a gas leak coming from my 2 1/2 year old furnace, after technician arrived they immediately tried to charge me $2,300 to fix an issue that SHOULD have been covered by warranty. Office never called so was forced to sign off on services which was a mistake on my part. To put it in perspective how outrageous this cost was, they replaced roughly 6 ft of open pipe in my utility room. They also tried to charge me an additional $300 to pull a permit with the city to get an inspector scheduled. I did it myself for $30. I would have never even scheduled an appointment with Lion if I would have knows the warranty wouldn’t cover a leak coming from WITHIN my 2 1/2 year old furnace. Lesson — don’t expect to use the warranty. I never spoke to anyone that could sign off on the services being covered until almost 48 hours after appointment was scheduled and 24 hours after work was completed. Payment was required to even start on services and expectation was set office would call to resolve the warranty issue later.

I had asked your office to send your your man out with a tall ladder cause I have a 11 foot six ceiling and I need a couple lights, new bulbs and Bella and them which I had which I told your office and he should have a no ladder at all and I had a 10 foot and a 7 foot he picked up the 7 foot complained about it all the time and I told her he would not use the 10 foot because he said he he can’t so he couldn’t reach the ceiling. He said he couldn’t work on it. He said he had to have new fixtures because these are older than used. They’re not older than you. They’re very, very new but way newer than my home said he couldn’t use the bulb even though they’re still in the cage never been used never out of a brand new cage he couldn’t use the ballast because they were still in the box. He didn’t buy them and he couldn’t give up on the ladder cause he didn’t have enough ladder and everything. He said he couldn’t do. It was not a thing that he said he could do so I sent him home. I had an employee like that. It would never put a day in. I was a commercial general contractor with the highest license you can get for 31 years built some major project around Colorado had a lot of good years 31 years of a good solid contracting business. I had it up to 125 employees if I had one show up like that it would not must be a single day. I hope you enjoy supporting him because he has not announced that to your company.

Once again coming here to leave a review because the scheduling of this company is ridiculous. The technician I have is fine and seems to do a good job so I don't want this to be about him. Whoever manages this place has no respect for other people's time, they make appts without confirming time or waiting for a response and expect you to call back if you can't make that time. Then made me wait five hours for a ten minute job. Once again my technician is not the problem it's the management. Second scheduling annoyance I've had to deal with from them. Last time I left a review they did nothing to fix the issue and asked I remove my review, well here's a second one until you figure out how to schedule things respectfully.

Kaden solved a kitchen drain problem that had been present for years, including a partially successful service visit by Lion 14 months ago. He was on time, greeted me warmly at the door, protected our floor by wearing shoe coverings, and was friendly yet professional the entire time. We talked through his diagnostic read, which was simple enough for me to understand, but clear that he has professional experience. I had a question about pricing and he quickly escalated my question to his supervisor. When it came time for the work, he was careful bringing his machinery in the house, put down a rug by the kitchen sink, and even informed me when the machinery was about to be turned on (it was incredibly loud). He worked through a difficult pipe cleaning job, worked up a sweat, solved the problem, tested the drain after reassembly, and took extra care to clean up the job site. I would recommend him without reservation for technical drain issues.
