  Amazing! I called at 11am and the job was finished by 3:30pm all in the same day! Plumber Taylor Longwell showed up only an hour after I requested the appointment and he was able to replace my hot water heater in only a few hours. He was friendly, clearly knew what he was doing, and a proper gentleman! Thanks Taylor!

  First, I'll say that the people, especially the technician, were very nice and polite. For that, I'll give an extra star. But thats where my good feedback stops. I asked for a quote to install a utility sink in my laundry room. The rough ins were already in place, and the sink was built and ready to go. The only job was to make the connections to the sink and to plumb in a few pieces. I was quoted $1500. A price I immediately turned down. After that, I reached out to another local company, got a quote of $350, and it was installed perfectly in one hour with no issues at all. I understand the concept of doing business, but the price for what it was is absolutely unacceptable. They are not competitively priced at all. Better have deep pockets!

  "Complete Failure of Communication and Contempt for Customer Time" IMPORTANT NOTE: This 1-star rating is based entirely on the company's business procedure and communication failures, and is not a reflection of the quality or capability of their plumbing technicians. I called at 8:45 AM for an urgent, whole-house sewage drain issue—meaning the entire home plumbing system was unusable. I was given a ridiculously wide service window of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but was told a technician would likely arrive "sooner rather than later." After waiting for over six hours, I was forced to call them myself at 3:15 PM. Only then did I discover that the technician, who was intended to arrive, was stuck on a previous emergency job that ran long. While plumbing emergencies and scheduling delays are understandable, their subsequent error was a complete failure to update their waiting customers. I was offered no alternative and told the soonest they could reschedule was "sometime Tuesday"—an absolutely unacceptable delay for an emergency issue. Their lapse in communication caused significant personal and professional problems. The hours wasted waiting forced me to push back a very important meeting and ultimately perform the rush-job repair myself. Because I was not given the courtesy of a simple update, I was left feeling that Lion Home Service could not care less about my urgent situation or earning my business. This demonstrated lack of respect and professionalism has not only prompted me to resolve the issue myself and deny any future service from them, but it compels me to actively warn others of their abysmal communication through this poor review.

  We’ve always had great service from Lion Home Service! They’re fast, friendly, and super reliable. I really appreciate how easy it is to schedule online, and their communication is excellent from start to finish. Josh was great—professional and personable. Even though we live in a pretty remote area, they’re always on time and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend Lion Home Service for septic pumping and any other home services you need!
