  Ronnie came out in May and reconstructed the chimney and ventilation system and relined the flu. Then Thursday He came back out because there was a gas leak in the control valve. He now tells me that the heat exchanger is cracked because The flame is being lifted or distorted because there’s too much draft. As it appears, I now need additional service and perhaps a new furnace, I asked Ronnie to have the manager reach out to me first thing Friday to resolve. It is now Saturday morning. It is 11° outside and I’ve heard nothing from Fort collins Heating and Air. I have sent texts. I have left messages again and no one has returned my call.

  Professional and thorough inspection service to make sure our furnaces were operating correctly and didn't have issues. Hunter who provided the service was polite, respectful of the property, and answered all my questions. Time window for the appointment was also accurate. I received a text with information about who would be providing service ahead of the appointment window and a call from Hunter when he was on his way with an accurate estimate of when he would arrive.

  Joe came out to repair an issue in my guest bath shower but went above and beyond to look at another issue under my master sink while he was here. He was able to fix both concerns quickly, thoroughly and explained the process to me which was extremely helpful and reassuring. He let me know what to look out for, for future concerns and when to call back. We were able to discuss and setup a maintenance program for my HVAC and AC unit as well. Joe was very professional, thorough, knowledgable and timely during the appointment. Would definitely recommend using Origin for any service you are needing.

  Ethan and Shaun were very informative, friendly and helpful. I feel like we received the correct services , unlike other companies who have tried to up sell unneeded services. We received a furnace tune up and purchased a humidifier. Ethan did a great job installing the humidifier and cleaning the blower fan. Both Ethan and Shaun explained how to operate the humidifier, change the filter and adjust the humidity settling if needed. We are very happy with the services provided to us!

  I've been in the hectic midst of selling my house and moving long distance so this review is a couple of months belated, but it's been on my list of "don't forget to do before moving" things because that's how much I appreciate Ronnie Rose at Fort Collins Heating and Air. Ronnie came to my house in late summer because my furnace was squeaking. Over the course of two visits (two because of course the furnace wouldn't make the noise while he was at my house so I got a video of it after he'd left and he came back the next day) he efficiently and very professionally gutted my furnace innards to find the problem. I'm very used to having contractors and repair techs come into my home, see what they think is a clueless young woman (wrong, but such is life), and try to upsell me, scam me, pressure me into things I don't need, otherwise cut corners, or be creeps. It is not an exaggeration to say that those things have been the norm in my 15 years as a homeowner. Ronnie did not come within a million miles of doing any of those thing - he is a walking green flag and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was friendly, honest, answered all of my curious questions, and explained all about how the various parts of the furnace worked while he was dissembling and reassembling everything. When it turned out I needed a new blower motor, he called and got me a quote from their office, but did not pressure me at all when I said I might want to compare prices and see if I could get the part cheaper online myself (which it turned out I could). If I weren't moving away, Fort Collins Heating and Air would be getting my HVAC business for the rest of my life. The furnace is now running better, quieter, and more efficiently than ever, this is truly one of the best home repair experiences I have ever had, and I cannot recommend Ronnie Rose highly enough!!
