They explained what the problems were, what needed to be done and "listened" when we told them what we could and couldn't afford. They completed the work in an efficient manner and went above and beyond when they made some adjustments to the improper installation from many years ago. Efrain kindly provided us with promotions and discounts. As seniors, we are always leary of being taken advantage of. Not this time. We would give Efrain and Tyler 10 stars!!! Thank you so much!!!

He explained the purpose of the different parts of my garage door opener and demonstrated how the old roller bearings rattled when hand held and shaken, as opposed to how the new bearings made no noise. He explained what could be done to make my door operate more efficiently and help increase the life of my springs. I'm very happy with all he did so that I can rest more at ease and not worry about having my garage door break down on a cold and snowy day.

They usually have the springs with them but ours was a weird size so they had to come back 2 days later but that was NBD. The tech, Jason, was on time and did all the work very well and very quickly and he was very nice and professional. 10/10 would recommend

He was professional and knowledgable. He was also apparently providing training to a newer technician and he did this well too, coaching as needed. My door is now super quiet and operates perfectly! A bit more expensive than expected but good work all around. Would definitely recommend.
