Almost all work was done outdoors except what was necessary on the breaker panel in my garage. Great explanation and instructions on operation and maintenance of my unit. I also appreciated the team driving over an hour to come to Wyoming to do the work at no extra charge. Neat, clean and professional appearance of the unit really shines. I'm proud to show this off to my neighbors. Hopefully, I won't need to use it, but if the power goes out in my neighborhood (again), I'll be ready! A recommended upgrade.

They did the entire project from site planning, working with Boulder County on permits, and coordinating the final inspection. The unit was installed on time and on budget, and passed inspection without issue. Good communication with the HQ office. Their install team - Wes, Dan, and Jorge - maintained a neat and orderly work site and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them without question.
