    Surprised at how great the customer service was! Our first tech, Nicholas, did an awesome job, so awesome - that he found a critical issue with our home’s foundation from his own due diligence! He was kind and patient the whole time he was helping me figure out what was best to do with our home’s needs. Mason was our second tech, who came to flush our backed up drain, finally resulting in a whole replacement. During the two days we saw Mason, he was also nothing but helpful, kind and understanding of our situation. Plumbing will always be expensive.. but you can’t always pay someone to be kind to you. These guys deserve a big praise and if you’re lucky, they will be the guys you get to welcome into your home!

    I used Allen to replace two HVAC units in my two condos in Central Park. The job included the permitting process but after the job was completed they left me high and dry on scheduling the required permit with the city. They never bothered to tell me that they needed to be there when the city sent out the inspector and as a result the city wouldn’t approve the work on one unit and rejected the second. I have called and emailed Allen to complete this process for three months now with no one calling or emailing me back to schedule this required process for the permit. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of service.

    Tyler installed a new whole water filtration system in our home. Tyler was amazing. He looked at our entire system, offered many different solutions and price points. Walked through each system and answered all questions. He did not pressure any kind if decision. After choosing the filter that would work best, he scheduled the install. It turned out way better than expected. The plumbing is very clean and orderly. He also took into account our biggest complaint about our current system and added in solutions to prevent that with the new system. I cannot recommend Tyler enough!

    I can’t say enough good things about this company! they truly saved the day at my rental unit! I had six other plumbers and drain specialists come through, and none of them could figure out why water was leaking onto the floor. It was frustrating and costly chasing dead ends. Then I called these guys, and they nailed it right away. They found the issue quickly and efficiently, saving me from more unnecessary headaches. What stood out most was their incredible communication—they kept me fully in the loop every step of the way, explaining what they were doing and why. Nate was awesome from the start—professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Mathew and Mason absolutely knocked it out of the park with their skills and teamwork. The whole team was trustworthy, honest, and didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary work. In fact, they came up with a cheaper, smarter solution to my issue! I’m so happy I called them! Thanks so much guys!

    cancelled on me three times. this is a follow up to an earlier review I left where I'd already been rescheduled twice. Client relations reached out to me and gave me a voucher to cover the cost of maintenance. nice perk. however, upon scheduling my tankless water heater to be descaled a third time, the earliest appointment was another 8 days out, making it already a three week endeavor, and putting in for PTO twice to be available for the appointment. The other fun part is that there is one number on their site for the company, but apparently the early scheduler was giving me techs for the Foco area, as the individual scheduling me for my latest attempt for service mentioned, "huh, you're in the denver area,"....no kidding. you ask my address/area code. not sure how that wasn't automatically changing how you book my appointment. That brings us to today, when I get a call AFTER THE TIME WINDOW MY TECH WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL FOR WHEN THEY WOULD BE ONSITE. not before, which is consistent with their brand of customer service. the scheduler mentioned that she has to push my appointment out to the week of march 9th, which will make this a 1 month endeavor to get a simple project done. they also mentioned that three of their techs called out with the flu......I would like to say I'm completely understanding of illnesses.....but amidst the current situation and how it was handled, that's incompetence. Especially when you take the time to mention that you only have 2 techs in the area that are trained to do the service I requested. which kind of tells me that either your schedulers need a bit more training on how to handle these kinds of issues, or more likely, you're making up a story. If you want to wait around, call Allen services. if you want to get your job completed, call someone else. I've now actively lost a day and a half of work/pay trying to utilize their services......at least they have a snazzy website.
