  David showed up on-time, as scheduled and was friendly, respectful and polite. He made sure we understood the quote and answered any questions we had. He and his helper professionally completed the job the same day, which consisted of an install of a hot water recirculation pump. They cleaned up after the job and wore booties in the house to protect the walkway and carpeted areas. I would highly recommend their services.

  Leo is fine, a polite and helpful young fellow. The efficiency of the organization is, however, spotty at best. First, a simnple fauct replacement part was not availble on the first visit. I could have bought one in anyh local hardware store for $10. It took almost 10 days before the replacement was made. In that timne, I recieved no communication, no calls, no texts, no e-mails regarding the delay. Twice I called for information and was promised :"tomorrow he'll be out, at the latest," then nothiing. Twice. Customer service was, frankly, terrible.

  Shane always does a great job as my service agent. He is thorough, thoughtful, patient, professional and understanding. I appreciate and admire him very much. Allen Service is lucky to have him as part of their professional team!

  This is the second time I have had Allen service our home, and they set the gold standard. Matthew addressed all of my concerns, took time to explain how everything worked, and treated my home with caring and respect. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs. This company treats their customers with respect and does their work with pride.

  The price for a slow drainage problem was absolutely ridiculous. $524.00 to have a drain snaked out and it was very far at all. I have told everyone I have talked to since about this very small issue to never call Allen's. I am sorry for doing that but there is no way what he did was $524.00 worth. He spent more time trying to sell us on your family plan than he did working. Very very disappointed with your company. It is highway robbery. Not to mention this home belongs to a elderly person that is on a fixed income. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
