Today, I spoke with Ms. Julie, in tears, I was so overwhelmed. However, she was so kind and understanding!! She sent someone out right away! When the gentleman, Art, arrived, he too was very kind, and walked ne through whole process. He was able to find and fix the leake right away, and give me information on how to get the damage fixed. Love this company, and all the people that work for them!! Never using anyone else!!

- WWWasabiNinjaDec 13, 20254.0I recently had an unexpected issue with my tub/shower faucet - it completely failed and wouldn’t turn the water on or off, leaving it running nonstop. My landlord contacted this company right away, and I was so impressed by how quickly they responded. Even with another call ahead of mine, a technician arrived within about 1–2 hours. Art was the technician who came to the rescue, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty faucet, and had everything working perfectly again within a couple of hours. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire visit. The total cost for the repair was around $1,400, give or take. Considering the urgency of the issue and the quality of the work, I felt the pricing was fair for the level of service provided. It’s rare to come across service that feels genuinely dependable and customer-focused, but Art absolutely delivered. I’m extremely grateful for the prompt help and the excellent quality of work. Highly recommend this company - and especially Art - for any plumbing needs! Edit: Side note. I just realized there was no caulking around the new faucet and shower top to prevent any water from leaking back into the wall. That is definitely something that should have been done. Not a big issue on my end because I caught it and caulked it myself. However, definitely something that should have been done when the original faucet and shower head was replaced. This would of caused HUGE amounts of damages in the future had it not been caught.
