He had a very challenging project to try and identify where the pipe was located within the house and he patiently took his time to do what was needed to find it and he was able to fix it that day. He was very meticulous and took his time and cleaned up after all of the work that was done. He took the time to show me the work completed and how to use the new shut off valve. He also took me outside to show me how to drain the pipe as well. He has amazing customer service and is very polite and easy to talk to and ask questions of.

He was also incredibly careful about keeping everything clean and checking with me on how I wanted to deal with the damaged disposal. So very much appreciate his professional attitude, his recommendation on keeping the lines open and clean. Excellent on all fronts- polite and knowledgeable about what to check for other problems I mentioned. He also helped schedule for those other problems I had that needed a different level of work! - LBLux BFeb 26, 20261.0This company came out to fix something and damaged some inner part of our shower knob in the process, we called and they sent out another person to come look at the damage. The second technician admitted there was no damage in the original notes/photos from the guy who caused the damage, but left saying his manager would have to get back to us. He got back to us to let us know they wouldn’t be fixing it (unless we decided to hire them and pay them full price to do so… as if), denying everything even though my husband has the employee on video confirming that the shower wasn’t broken before their initial work began. Now I can’t even find my husband’s review here on Google.
