- GHGrant Harris4 days ago1.0I Don’t recommend using bluesky , they are dishonest over the phone, and try to bait and switch pricing on arrival. Even when quoted something different for trip charge over the phone they forced me to pay a higher not agreed upon rate. Then said they would do nothing about it( the estimate for the service I wanted was double the average price ) so I sent them on their way and won’t call them again. Please beware

Kriswas on-time, courteous, listened extremely well, explained everything thoroughly and was very experienced and knowledgeable about boiler repair. He had everything he needed on his truck to fix my boiler. While BLUESKY is easily among the most-expensive options for boiler service, they have top-notch repair people who are very experienced and get you back up and running.

Patrick was very thorough in his troubleshooting. I was observant in this because I was a low voltage electrician in my career. Service call aproximated time was from 12-2 pm. Patrick was here just a little after 12. That has never happened to me before. I am very appreciative of his promptness and professionalism. Thank you Patrick and Blue Sky. I even purchased a service agreement.
