    Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating continues to impress me. Today, Jeff C came out to service my boiler. Not only did he do that, but he educated me along the way. Absolutely fantastic tips on how to better heat our mountain home! I can’t name every technician that has come out, but I certainly remember the best. I won’t be forgetting Jeff’s name… we will see you again soon, Blue Sky!

    Well such a mixed bag of good and today, bad. Had a leak and some heating issues. Great technician who was super knowledgeable fixed it for me. I think I got double charged, but when I called to appeal, they reduce the bill right away and graciously. Signed up for their family plan to get future discounts on maintenance and repair. Call today to ask a simple question about a float switch that I was going to replace myself. Not for how to do it, not for any coaching, but when they are installing new systems, do they use a “Type A or a type B approach”. Basically just asking do they use electronic control monitors or old school simple float switches. A three minute conversation with a technician. But the customer service people refuse to let me talk to anyone unless they actually dispatch a person to the house, which, of course is a service fee, hourly fee, etc. So much for feeling like I am part of the family! So will not be renewing the family deal when it expires. And likely will shop them the next time I have an issue. Too bad that the front line people are such automatons they can’t make a simple decision. Or it’s possible that the Leadership has them so clamped down, they are handcuffed. Either way, not a good sign of a business easy to work with. So they still will be in my contacts, especially because the technician was stellar. But I now have questions about the overall business acumen and especially their service orientation towards people that are supposedly part of their inner circle. I will see if they respond, and then potentially improve an update this review if they do.

    Devon was terrific!! Arrived when promised, figured out the problem, presented options, answered all our questions, and did a terrific job!! We will definitely request him next time (sadly, I'm sure there will be a next time but knowing we can call Devon makes it better).

    I called to have someone show up as I had an inspection n a hot water heater replaced by Blue Sky. We talked over the items needed to pass inspection as I had gotten an appointment the next business day. A technician came and verified the work needed and determined what he would need to complete the work snd we quickly scheduled that appointment.

    Blue Sky is a a top quality company! Izzy Lara did a great job and I highly recommend him for your electrical projects. Total professionalism and experience from Izzy. Everything from the project manager, to the technicians to customer service is top level. In total I had electrical , water heater , boiler , reverse osmosis , dishwasher and outdoor faucet install and repair . An excellent company that I will hire again. Highly recommended! Note : As mentioned, I’ve had a lot of work done and everything worked out perfectly! Here’s a list of everyone you should request when hiring Blue Sky. Heath / project manager Izzy / electrical service Chris and Eli / water heater service Jeromy / boiler service And the ladies scheduling and customer service. All are greatly appreciated!
