We were referred to Rise Construction from our neighbor who had his roof replaced and said they were very happy with the work Rise Construction did for them. I contacted Rise Construction and talked with Shane who became our project manager. Shane came out to the house and did a complete inspection of the roof. He then presented us with different options for both gutters and the roof. Shane even helped us file the claim online while he was here with our insurance company. When the insurance company adjustor came out to inspect the damage, Shane met and worked with the adjustor to make sure everything was done properly. Shane continued to work the insurance company when they had a wrong line item on the adjustors estimate. This included many phone calls and emails to get the insurance company to correct the issue. In the end, Shane was able to get the insurance company to pay for the complete project. Shane took care of all the details on the project from getting the permits down to where to place the port a potty. Shane's roofing crew did a fantastic job on replacing the roof in just a few days, followed by another crew that replaced all the gutters in a day. I highly recommend Rise Construction and Shane for any roofing project you might have.
