Right on cue, some 12 years after the original install, the pump failed. They made it out to the place in a day, fixed the problem without issue or intrusion. Highly recommended.

I am getting ready to build a new house for myself and I am looking forward to working with them in the future. I normally don't post on here however those other past is not my experience on many many houses

The check was mailed directly to them and they gave me a refund. To me that is honesty. They also brought me dirt to fill in a depression on my property. And, the septic system is great, you can barely see the leach field. I can’t speak for the other reviews but Gapter was great to me. Chris Reinholt, Longmont.
