    Prompt and exceptional service. These guys replaced our aging septic system, and throughout the entire process they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a great deal of respect for my family and property. They ensured the excavation was only as large as it needed to be, and they put back anything they had to move. I even saw them reinstall my weather vane with a bubble level. If these guys don't exceed your expectations, nobody can.

    It's rare these days to find a multigenerational family owned business like Gapter Septic Systems. The entire team is a group of absolute experts and professionals in their trade and they are as friendly as can be. We were honored to have Gapter install a septic system on our property for our new home. I'd bet anything there isn't another septic company in this country coming close to the professionalism, expertise, experience and friendliness of this group. It's obvious in their care and pride of their equipment, product and communication. TOP NOTCH. I wish I had another septic system to install so I could work with them again soon! Thanks so much!

    I can't give zero stars? The owner of this establishment was extremely hostile with me and has tried to chase down me down more than once.. Not only is this business deceptive, they're downright dangerous.

    They gave me the lowest bid by a mile!Only to be handed a bill that was almost twice the price when it came time to pay them.As well,it took them a month to finish after they had all their equipment in our back yard as though our house was their new office.I should have seen the red flag with the super low bid! Live and learn I guess!
