He is always responsive at any hour and makes himself available not only to us as agents but to our clients as well to answer any questions whether large or small. (Even on his days off) It’s no wonder he has been one of their top performers for over a decade. His customer service and attention to detail are valued and appreciated. We cannot wait to work with him in his next community! Brenda and Agustin remediated all of our outstanding walk through items with urgency and care - the whole team was great!
- IGIrene GawelJan 13, 20261.0I purchased my home from Richmond in March 2024. In January 2026 I did a maintenance tune-up and found that Richmond and their vendor, Unique Heating and Air did not adjust for high altitude, so the settings were much too high. At altitude, a furnace needs lower gas pressure because thinner air reduces oxygen, and the "factory settings" from Texas was extremely too high and would eventually burn out my furnace, particularly the heat exchange. Also, the furnace is a two-stage (high/low) and was never enabled. These are basic items that any reputable vendor should know, and not leave the homeowner with safely issues and also the potential to have to replace the entire system if the heat exchange is compromised. My neighbors had the same issue.

For a less than 2 year old house, we have had 20+ appointments for troubleshooting why the Air conditioning either doesn’t work or significantly underperforms (85+ degrees In certain rooms). And now in winter, the furnace has been inoperable due to blower motor issues, with a third party company that we had to hire finding PVC shavings in the system due to installer carelessness. We are arriving home finding the house in the 50 degree range.
