- JDJohn DoeSep 2, 20251.0The housing development is built way to close to Centennial Airport, specifically the end of the runway at Centennial. It sits only 2900 feet away from the end of the runway. This will result in 24/7/365 constant noise impacts. Centennial is the busiest GA airport in the country and averages 360,000 operations a year. The max operations was 455,000 operations in the 90s. Whoever approved and built these homes all the way from the developer to the local government obviously does not have the best interest of the future residents in mind. Buyers need to be aware that they will be subject to repeated and constant airplane noise and vibrations. Multiple warning letters sent by the airport and the FAA were ignored. Repeated warnings from pilots and stakeholders were also ignored. People need to understand that Centennial airport is a public use airport and is not subject to restrictions nor will it ever be because of irresponsible decisions made by local developers and governments. The property also sits inside the 60 DNL and on the border of the 65 DNL contour. Not to mention the noise from E470, combine these two and living here will be a unlivable nightmare. The people showing the model homes are also being disingenuous and lying about the airport impacts by stating that the airport is subject to some kind of restrictions (not true) or that there are not that many operations.

Cheap labor, materials, and low quality work throughout the home we had built in Parker in late 2018. You will pay for all of those over time with nonstop maintenance issues.
