  Overly aggressive "Quality Assurance Manager" came to give me his card (according to him) in case any debris from their work "flowed over to my yard". When asked, their work was not next door, it was "down the street". (It flowing into my yard from "down the street" seems unlikely, but maybe I'm wrong--judge for yourself.) He started to leave, taking a few steps away, and--as if just remembering something--paused and turned back with an "Oh!" to ask about my roof and if I knew when it was last inspected. After telling him it was just inspected within the last few week, he said he was going to grab his ladder and go on my roof to look for damage (he told me he was going to--he didn't ask). I told him no. He insisted he wasn't trying to sell me anything (judge for yourself) and again said he was going to go grab his ladder and climb onto my roof (again, he told me he was going to--he didn't ask). I told him no again and that I literally just had my roof inspected. But I needed a second opinion, he insisted, because "not every company is built the same." I had to tell him no a third time. Wasn't sure he was going to take no for an answer. (Side Note: Roofing companies offer free roof inspections. I guess the implication of his saying "not every company is built the same" is that a roofing company would have come out to inspect a busted up roof and been like "Everything looks great!" instead of trying to sell a needed roof repair/replacement, earning a few bucks in the process.) He was very jovial throughout what seemed to me like a performance. EcoShield Exteriors: Please treat people with more respect than that.

  I live in a rural area and after a hail storm was inundated with fly by nights. I called EcoShield on a recommendation from a friend. They showed up and did a thorough inspection and took care of dealing with the insurance company

  My experience with EcoShield Exteriors has been seamless. This was the second time I’ve had a roof replaced, and their team exceeded expectations once again. They provided daily updates on the progress and offered excellent guidance in helping me understand both their claim and the insurance claim. I highly recommend EcoShield Exteriors for their outstanding staff and customer service. The workmanship was exceptional, the work area was kept clean and organized, and the team was respectful of the surroundings as well as friendly throughout the project.

  EcoShield Exteriors the reason I went with your company. Is the sales person begain the conversation as a courtesy, not a sales pitch. "We may be in this area doing work, here is my card, if our workers create any problems for you, Please give us a call. I would have to say even though I'm not a fan of tablet and emails, world we live in. The process went very smoothly from selecting, Roof type to signing contract, transferring funds from my bank to EcoShield Exteriors. The roof was also installed while I was on Vacation. When recently cleaning out my gutters. I was impressed by the roofers craftsmanship, and placing diverters, so water flows into the gutter away from the house at the point ware the house roof is lower than the rest of the roof.   My wife and I are original owners of our home. I recieved a knock from Easton one of EcoShields sales reps. We had a nice chat on my porch. No pressure what so ever. I was aware our current roof was 10 years old and we had some recent severe storms. Easton gave us a free inspection and showed me pictures of my roof. I let him know my time availability as well as financial limits. He worked up a complete estimate which was very good. The day the insurance adjuster came EcoShield had a rep here to work with the adjuster. I could tell by the respect they had for each other I was in good hands. My HOA tried to make the process more difficult than it needed to be. I was very appreciative and impressed that I was copied on every communication EcoShield had with my HOA. At no time during the whole process was I ever wondering where we were in the process. I was given plenty of notice on materials being delivered and when the actual work was to begin. We have 3 dogs. We decided to stay home the day of the new roof. To our surprise the dogs did well with the noise. The work took 1 day. All the cleanup after the project was done was perfect. I even saw one of the crew going back and forth in the backyard with a big magnet getting any nails or metal fragments. The craftsmanship is stellar. The customer focus and service is outstanding. The project was completed for the estimate given. No averages or additional costs. I pray I won't need a roof for another 10 years. But when I do I will contact EcoShield Exteriors. In today's world of companies cutting corners it was Magnificent to work with a company who Walked their Talk.
