The roof and gutters were fully covered and EcoShield did the work in a single day. For the siding the insurance only wanted to do a partial replacement, which would have looked terrible. EcoShield stayed on the case for months, dealing with continually changing adjusters who wouldn't return calls and insisted our old siding was still being made when it wasn't. But EcoShield hung in there until the insurance finally agreed to cover the whole house. Then the siding crew came and did a great job and now our house looks beautiful.

The process from start to finish was so easy because they took care of everything. They worked with us to make sure we replaced the roof. We were really worried going into the process because we didn’t know what to expect and worried about the deductible, but they helped go line by line to see what was necessary to replace, and what was more cosmetic and less urgent. We’re so happy we went with Ecoshield to replace the roof!
