It was a long process, but I always knew what was happening. They eventually replaced the roof, a skylight, a sun tunnel, gutters and downspouts. I reported a problem with the sun tunnel and it was fixed the next day. My copay ended up being one-quarter what I expected. All staff were polite and professional.
