It's too far of a drive for my wife and I to the DTC area (I drove 70 miles one way to work for 12 years, so I'm over the traffic), but if you work near Parker or are retired then that won't matter. You can get to Parker in about 15 minutes, without snow and on a weekend. We visited on a Sunday, so I can't give you an idea of what it's like during rush hour. Aside from my personal issues, it looks like an outstanding place to live! The Sheriff was out there, and the neighborhood is definitely built around patriotism, which is great for me. You'll need to see it in person to get the full feeling. When you think you're lost, driving out there, just keep driving and eventually you'll see signs that lead you directly to it.
