Kevin is an exceptional sales representative! He communicated well and did everything he could to get us a good deal. In the end we had to go with a different builder solely based on numbers but I had to leave a review just for him!

I highly recommend connecting with Whitney Robinson. She is very knowledgeable about all of the options, the community and the area.

Working with Richmond & specifically Whitney was a breeze! She made the process so easy, & helped us find a house that checked off all the boxes. Thank you Whitney!

Terrible housing development. The previous owner of this land had passed away and all of her descendents wanted nothing to do with the land, so they sold it to Richmond. Richmond really pushed the boundaries on what they can build and how much they could build, and our terrible commissioners gave this development a pass. All houses are built as cheap as possible to maximize their profits, there is no infrastructure, no sidewalks, no room for parking on the street, and houses are packed together so close you can touch the house next to you. This does not represent Elbert County's core values. This will bring in the values that Parker, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and Aurora have, which will completely contradict the eastern 90% of the county. Stop building these developments in Elbert County. Leave your Parker vision in Parker and don't bring it to my town.
