  I almost can't comprehend the atrocity that is Ferguson Plumbing Supply. For four years, we gave them exclusive loyalty millions spent-up until today we had used no other supplier, even rallying friends across Dallas to use Ferguson Plumbing Supply exclusively... Yet today that bold loyalty ends. Today at the Durango location, two Ferguson employees-joined forces with a disgruntled ex-employees of ours in hurl vile insults at our employees. One employee of Ferguson even tried to attack one of our employees! Even now NO apology for the damage they caused or for slandering our name without cause. If you can imagine a business turning exclusive loyalty into insults and abuse, that's Ferguson in Durango. We will now warn every contractor and customer we know: avoid them. Dahl Supply is a shining beacon of real service, while Ferguson is a cautionary tale of betrayal.

  What an amazing crew there at Ferguson! I didn’t know what I needed for my repair job, they walked me through what was needed and what wasn’t, they had the parts on hand, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. Thanks so much!

  I’m not one to give bad reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism on my recent order warranted one. I ordered a bathtub three weeks ago and was told I would have it in a week. The week it was supposed to be here I was told it would actually be here the week after… I waited until the day I was told it would for sure be here and again it wasn’t delivered. They said the bathtub was in Farmington and I asked if we could go pick it up (they knew we had tight deadlines to get a house done) we were told no, we couldn’t pick it up. We were guaranteed that if they didn’t receive it by Thursday they would send a driver down to get it and drop off Friday. Friday came and went and we never heard anything. Unfortunately, we had to drive to Abq to get a different one. I understand things can happen with shipment timelines but what really frustrated me was the lack of communication, the attitudes when we call to get a update, and then just the ghosting of our phone calls completely-We were told that they would call us back and didn’t. The bath was finally delivered and I did get a refund but I had to call back multiple days and times. I love to support local, but I will not be using Fergusons again, as I feel like I wasn’t treated respectfully and my timelines were also completely disregarded.
