  The sales rep Steve was awesome and no pressure. The installer Hector was professional and personable, even having conversations with my 7 year old.

  I have to drop our experience to a three star review. A few years back we replaced 5 windows and had a great experience. Last year we did a kitchen remodel and needed a few windows. We thought we use Window World again, but our rep was slow to respond and at one point never responded. We just called our contractor and used another brand. Window World will have to EARN our business back, but they don't seem to care.

  We recently had new windows installed and are very happy with the entire experience. Our sales representative, Steve Bell, was professional, knowledgeable, and walked us through the process without any pressure. My wife is absolutely thrilled especially with the large grill-less window in our bedroom. The installer superintendent, Daniel Peña, and his assistant arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout our house. The windows look great, operate smoothly and have already made our home more comfortable and appealing. Overall, the process was smooth from start to finish, thanks to Steve and Daniel.

  I have been with window world for over 15 years and last month I had two doors installed and when the salesperson came out they assured me that my payments will be low when I got my bill my payment was very high I have never experienced this with window world and I have talked to the accounting and they told me that it's nothing that they can do I am very much upset I have never experienced anything like this before with window world!
