  Hello, my name is Willy Rushford, I am Jehovah’s Witnesses and I would like to share our experience. We rented a concrete planer on November 14 to use it the following Saturday for a project at our Kingdom Hall. At the time of the rental, the customer service we received was excellent. The staff took the time not only to explain but also to show me how to properly use the equipment. The following day, Saturday, we experienced an issue with the machine. Even though the store was closed, Breyce, the manager, gave up his day off and went to the store to exchange the machine for us. Breyce Franklin also offered us a generous discount if we needed to rent it again, which we did in order to finish the project. The following Monday, when we returned the equipment, we were pleasantly surprised when he decided not to charge us for the rental at all and apologized for the inconvenience caused during the project. We are very grateful to Mr. Breyce Franklin for his outstanding customer service, dedication, and professionalism. We highly recommend this location without hesitation. Ask for Breyce! Thank you!

  Nice enough staff, but incapable of renting a simple skidsteer, auger and trailer and still got charged! 2 phone calls through the call center, two to Zuni, two calls and a personal visit to the Washington store, and somehow together I was told I had to go to two location to pick up these 3 pieces of equipment. Fine, I accepted the clumsiness because everyone was so friendly. Regardless of 2 days of planning on my part, just hours before the rental was to occur, I was denied a chance to rent based on a surprise notice that trailers shouldn't go down big hills like on I-70 west of town. (Discloser up front might be nice huh?) That didn't stop United from charging me the equipment, and actually almost double the quote, which they did not let me rent. 36 days later, 2 emails, and 4 phone calls with escalation to a manager is what it took to get my money back. I know this can't be normal, but holy cow what a mess, and nothing offered to me to make it better or convincing to return as a customer. Seems to me like nice people trapped in a poor automated system, with limited ability to correct. Zuni/Wash and Corporate shared in this mess. The refund request went to Zuni, (the original reservation) but the Corp call center is what it took to see the refund. Not happy
