- DHD. HeislerFeb 20, 20261.0Used to be great but went down hill fast! Good techs are leaving them and I see why. They dont show up and dont have good customer service anymore! Won't answer phone or call back! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!
- HTHavidz TooFeb 13, 20261.0This company is HORRIFIC!!! Run away….as fast as you can!! As an HOA rep I have been forced to deal with them for the last 2 years due to a non cancellable contract. Staff members and account managers change constantly. We can get literally NO work done on our elevators despite a comprehensive GOLD contract. What a joke!! 170 emails later, calls to everyone and we have unsafe, very poorly maintained non Denver fire dept compliant elevators and we’re being fined by Denver fire…. But TK do literally nothing, make promises and then cancel, stop communicating, change acct manager and the promises start again. This company has a systemic failure at almost every level. If you want a resident to lose their arm in an elevator…. I’m pretty sure these are the guys you’d call to do ‘maintenance’. We’re paying another company to do the work, despite being forced to keep the contract.
