The team of Justin, Jake, and Jesus installed our new AC and heat pump/furnace. We’re incredibly happy with their install and customer service. We had to shift the original plan a bit and cut out a bit of drywall but they made sure everything would still be patchable. They kept everything really clean and wore booties if they needed to be in the main part of the house! They did excellent work and we’re very happy.

I had an excellent experience with SWAN from start to finish. Justin, Jesus, and Jake handled the installation of our new AC and furnace, and they were all professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the installation was done right. You can tell they take pride in their work—everything was clean, well-organized, and running perfectly before they left. They also took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood how to use the new system.

Just completed a backflow preventer install with Adam from Swan—another positive experience with Swan. In the last year, my older home has needed enough plumbing and HVAC work to rival out-of-state tuition for three kids. While stressful and expensive, these are repairs that have to get done. Having a company like Swan you can trust to show up when you need them—and a service technician like Adam who is both knowledgeable and friendly—helps make these often unwanted repairs a little less painful.

Eli came today to do our annual plumbing inspection and flush our water heater that we get with our membership with Swan. He was right on time, very friendly, and performed the service quickly and efficiently. And maybe most importantly, he took a few minutes to great our old lady Havanese which put her at ease so he could go about his work. Eli left everything neat and clean and gave us a clear bill of health for our plumbing inspection. Thanks Eli — Swan you always have the best and nicest people doing the work!!

We've been using Swan for our HVAC maintenance for nearly five years. They installed our A/C shortly after we moved into a new build, and have been doing annual service on both the A/C and furnace. They also installed an air cleaner (mostly for cooking smells - it works, yay) and a larger filter for the furnace. They have been great until the most recent service. In the past the technicians always provided good pictures and showed us in person (i.e., the actual furnace or A/C) anything that deserved comment. The technicians were always polite, professional, and answered all questions thoroughly. The most recent service completely soured us on the company, and actually make me question some of the services we've paid for in the past. The technician, Tanner, showed up for the annual furnace tune-up, and told us that some of the parts were excessively dirty because the filter we had been using was allowing a small amount of air around the edges (slightly too small for the filter compartment). We agreed for him to come out the following week to clean what needed to be cleaned. Admittedly, I was working that day and did not have a lot of time to ask questions. He showed pictures, but did not offer to show us in the actual furnace what needed cleaned and I forgot to ask. He provided pictures, but it was not clear what they were showing. The following week he came out to perform the cleaning, was here for about 90 minutes, used a chemical that made our eyes burn and smelled terrible (like rotting oranges) - we had to open all windows for the remainder of the day, and could still smell it faintly that evening, and provided no clear description of what had been done for $860. It was not clear from the photos what had been done, and again, he did not offer to show us anything during the process. I began to feel uncomfortable after he left, like we had been taken advantage of. I admit to not thinking to ask a lot of questions at the time. I normally do, but I've been incredibly busy with work and have been somewhat sleep deprived, so my reactions to the situation were quite delayed. We've had such great service from them in the past, that we didn't think to question it at the time. But after the technician left without saying much and after we looked at the pictures and couldn't figure out the difference between the previous pictures and the new pictures, we wondered what had been done that was worth $860. tl;dr - seemingly great service for the past five years; most recent service cost $860 and left us feeling uneasy and like we had been taken advantage of, calling into question all previous service recommendations. For the most recent visit I would give one star (zero if it were an option), but I'm leaving two stars for previous service (though now unsure if it was all legit).
