  I am in Morrison where Silva Construction is installing wheelchair ramps, and other concrete work. I found their work excellent, and attention to detail, outstanding. They got everything back to where it was, I have river rock on that corner, and were very conscientious about doing it right. Well done! A+

  Hideous attitude, no warning about public works, absolutely no safety management, rude and aggressive ground staff. Absolutely awful, DO NOT USE

  This company did the sidewalks for Whittier and skyland neighborhoods. Absolutey garbage. I hope the city sues them to get the money back.

  Silva Construction was contracted by the City of Denver to replace sidewalks in front of my house. They completely destroyed the rock and weed block that I had in front of my house. Called them per the City of Denver notice I had received. They "promised" me 3 separate times that someone would be out to fix the problem. NOBODY has ever come out or contacted me. This company is run by a bunch of incompetent wannabe business people. Stay far away from this company if you need any work done. I am in the process of beginning litigation against this company. Save yourself some time and heartburn. They are unresponsive and LIE through their yellow teeth. If I could leave something lower than a 1 star I would. Silva Construction SUCKS!!!

  They will damage your property, do anything they can to get out of fixing it. I am filing a CORA request regarding Silva Construction and their damage of people property during the recent sidewalk repairs in Denver. If you see this, keep an eye out for something in your mail because I am trying to contact every person where they did construction in front of their house to get a class action going. Enough is enough!
