- RHRiley HarrisonJan 15, 20261.0Beyond disgusted! My home has had a gas leak that the local building supervisor passed off as no big deal just oil build up on the furnace. I had the gas company come out and confirmed the gas leak then all of a sudden Richmond cares and has the “big wigs” down to play cover up and make it a priority to fix. I haven’t even lived in my home for 3 years and have the same truss issues where drywall has damage after three times of sending out terrible warranty workers. Now they are refusing to fix something they never fixed in the first place. I would advise steering clear of Richmond anywhere. There is zero accountability, they “fix” things then wait for time to pass and claim they can’t do anymore. This is not a new problem, it is literally the original issue I’ve had since moving in.

Just wires hanging out of the Sheetrock with fixtures also anchored in the Sheetrock. High quality craftsmanship here. Unsure how any of this passed inspection.

Cracks in my wall, the flooring (large crack) was NEVER completed and the nails and beam looks as if it's going to cave in. EMBARRASSING to say the least! No returned calls and it's becoming a health and safety hazard to live in my 2 year old BRAND NEW HOME!
