  Hyper Flow came out same-day for a backed-up drain, quickly diagnosed with their camera, explained and fixed the issue, and did not try to “up-sell” since the cause was a one-time thing. Myk was also a very pleasant guy—waited patiently while I talked with a handyman who was also on-site. Hyper Flow was strongly recommended by a local plumber —he said they would not be the least expensive option, but would be efficient and honest—and I can second his recommendation!

  Truly the most exceptional experience with a company I have ever had! Being in the restaurant business, I work with companies every single day. This company and their people are incredible. They CARE! Their team took a problem that has persisted for us for over 8 years and worked hard to identify the root cause for us. From the minute I called and spoke to the owner, I knew this company could help me solve this very complex problem. The owner/dispatch was knowledgeable and gave me the feeling that this would be the last company I would have to call. Throughout the entire experience, the team, Ian, James and Brian took care and precision to help fix our grease trap and sewer smell. They took such care everytime to clean up and ensure that the area was left better than they started. I will forever share this company with anyone and everyone!!! Thank you Hyper Flow - you are amazing!

  My family recently experienced a drainage blockage in our new home, and as first-time homeowners, Hyper Flow Service Company (Service Technician – Jeremy Paez) immediately put us at ease. The pricing was affordable, the website was easy to navigate, and our phone interaction with the representative was smooth and efficient. When our service technician, Jeremy, arrived, he was polite, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He was kind without being condescending, left the area just as he found it, and took the time needed to ensure the job was done correctly. We truly appreciate both Jeremy and the company as a whole. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.
