Heart was able to see me with very short notice for some electrical repair work. Omar Santana was the electrician they sent over, and he was extremely helpful. Took him only a few minutes to identify the issue, and shortly after that was able to repair everything and get me back up and running again. He also took some time to walk through and explain how various things worked and provided some advice for troubleshooting other issues in the future. He was helpful, quick, and knowledgable.
We've used Heart for HVAC and now electrical repairs and have only good good experiences with them. Definitely recommended!

Thank you to Robert Carpenter (electrical inspection) for coming out and being patient while he hunted for my poorly placed GFCI outlet (in a random closet of all places, behind the door, in the basement) for my outside outlets. He was quick, thoughtful of my house / space, and helpful with suggestions, reasons, and options.
Also, thank you, David Loya (plumbing inspection) for taking care of my plumbing system and sharing his findings and quotes!
And then especially Trenton Barrance, who I worked with a couple months ago when my house wasn't heating. He came to do the HVAC (furnace and AC) inspection this time and found some performance issues with my AC. He worked with me to answer my questions and concerns around the work to be done as well as coordinating with his team for a follow-up to dive deeper into the AC issues on a day when I'm available so we can find the right solution.
Thank you for all the great help!

Seneca was very caring and understood the problem that we are having with our attic fan. He came up with another option that does not require putting another hole in the roof and having to deal with repairs to the shingles. Seneca took the time to explain different plans and recommendations that would help with maintaining a healthy home for the future. My wife and I enjoyed having someone that took the time and explain what is needed for our house. He is very professional in what he does and we recommend him for any consultations and solutions to any electrical problems.
I had a great experience with Joel R. from the start, he was incredibly kind and respectful, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear he was very knowledgeable - his expertise showed in how quickly he diagnosed the issue and walked me through the solution.
What really stood out was how thorough he was. He didn’t just fix the immediate problem; he checked the entire system to make sure everything was running efficiently and safely. I never felt rushed, and he made sure all my questions were answered before leaving.
It’s not always easy to find someone who combines professionalism, skill, and genuine care for their work, but Joel R. definitely does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.
Sad to say we are extremely unhappy with the Fujitsu mini split we had installed. 2 years ago my husband being a vet himself, wanted to give our business to a locally veteran owned business. We paid over $12K for the Fujitsu mini split to be installed in the primary bedroom. Initially when talking with the sales rep, we were told it only to cool to about 60-64 degrees. We thought about that, and questioned if that would be cool enough but after further discussions with our sales rep Victor, we committed to the installation of the system. We based our decision on the fact that our home is a little over 4,000sq feet and it made no sense to run a/c at night through out the whole house when we just needed cool air in our main room while sleeping. With age and health factors we need a cool room to sleep comfortably. We are now coming up on the 3 year mark and it has been a terrible system. We wake up at night in a stuffy warm room at temps between 67-70 degrees. In the past 2 year period we did make several complaints of the system not cooling well and we have had multiple visits from the company, only to be told the system doesn't have an internal thermostat so once the system hit 64 degrees, it then stops cooling and just circulates the same stale air. They also said, point the fan blades away form us at night so it didn't register our body heat, and to use our home a/c system to subsidize the cool air as needed. What??? Isn't that why we paid $12K, so we didn't have to use the whole house a/c. Anyway, we are now going into our 3rd summer and I just can't bare the anger I feel that we were mislead and sold on a lame piece of equipment. Money like that is hard earned and saved for us and we feel like they took our money and basically installed an air circulating fan. At this point, we have had other companies come in and look at the system to see if we can replace the system with something that works better. I'm sharing this information so maybe the next person will know the right questions to ask. We obviously didn't and were taken on very expensive sales pitch. Respectfully, the Ryans.
