  I had a very frustrating experience with Golden West Plumbing. Shortly after they installed a mainline pressure regulator, we started having serious issues with our hot water — showers and baths can’t maintain a consistent temperature and drop off quickly. The timing here is hard to ignore. The problem began within a day of their work and has persisted for weeks. When we raised it, we were told the issue was “unrelated,” which frankly doesn’t inspire confidence. There didn’t seem to be much effort to seriously investigate or take ownership of what changed. What’s most disappointing is not just the issue itself, but the lack of accountability and urgency in resolving it. When something goes wrong right after a service, I expect a company to stand behind their work and help fix it, not dismiss the concern. Adding insult to injury they are trying to charge a crazy amount to fix the issue they created. Not sure if this is all a scam tbh. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend them. They come across as friendly, but will be quick to upcharge and evade responsibility.

  I used Golden West plumbing to fix a broken sewer line at my home and they did an amazing job! Mitch came out to my house immediately and got everything set to do the first part of the work on a Saturday. His crew of Mario, Jorge and Felix came out and finished all of the work and left my driveway in super great shape and cleaned up everything. I am super pleased with their service and quality of work. highly recommend!

  Fantastic family owned business!! The electricians were extremely professional, thoughtful and cleaned up afterwards. We are giving this company our entire business for not only electrical, but HVAC and plumbing as well.
