He was extremely professional! He gave me the Diagnosis of my non-draining kitchen sink, and went about his business for over two hours. He solved the problem. Even after bringing the huge machine in with the snake to go down the drain 50 feet, He cleaned everything up and even cleaned under my kitchen sink, which I rarely think of doing. Very very happy with James and Zoom drain!

I was impressed with his professionalism and work ethic his communication skills were excellent. I would recommend him and zoom drain for your plumbing work
