Mike Cook came and explained the entire process thoroughly and showed me the pricing. It was half what I had been told by another company. Mike was wonderful to work with. My windows were ordered and arrived before the earliest expected date. I was thrilled at that as the installation was in December, when the temperatures here in Castle Rock were not hot and not too cold for the work. I had the very best installer, Hector, who, by himself, installed seven of my windows the first day and the eighth window and sliding glass door the second day, including replacing necessary trim boards that were bad. I was so impressed with him - efficient, experienced, hard-working, honest, professional, and friendly. He definitely knew what he was doing. All went perfectly. I love the new windows! I couldn't have asked for better people to deal with than Mike and Hector!
