  Overall, the experience was great. I love the new windows and the price was fair. Communication from start to finish was excellent and I was not pressured on any of it. I live in a condo with an HOA. So getting the original quote helped with the documentation submission to them. The windows, once a 50% down is made, could take 8-12 weeks to get in. I was surprised when it was 5 weeks. Of course your mileage may vary. The installer was great. He called before arriving, was quick and most importantly, clean. He used a blanket on my new carpet and picked up after the work along the outside. If you are dealing with an HOA Get the approval first!

  We recently had our old windows replaced by Window World, and the experience was great from start to finish. After getting multiple quotes, they offered the best price by far, which really stood out to us. Our sales representative, Mike Cook, was especially wonderful to work with — he was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy, which we really appreciated. The installation team was quick, friendly, and professional. They showed up on time, kept everything clean, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Our new windows look fantastic, and the whole project felt smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Window World to anyone looking for quality windows at a fair price with excellent service.

  I am beyond happy with my rolling French doors by Window World. I hated my French doors that opened into my home. I didn’t want a sliding glass door, I wanted something that looked like a French door with blinds inside the glass. Window World came up with Perfect solution for me. When Steve Bell came to my house and showed me the door I was sold. I had shopped three companies and the prices at Window World. Beat them all. My installer Hector Hernandez was amazing. He showed up on time. Did a fabulous install cleaned everything up, and left me happy as a clam.

  Another great experience with Steve and Hector from Window World! We couldn’t ask for better service and professionalism. The windows are great and we feel like this company goes out of it‘s way to take care of it‘s customers.

  We couldn’t be happier with our new windows and the entire experience from start to finish. Steve, our salesperson, was fantastic! He came over whenever we needed him (including the weekend) and always took the time to answer our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. The installation went just as smoothly. Daniel, the installer, was great to work with, extremely respectful, and took pride in his work. Overall, this was a great experience with an awesome team, and we highly recommend Window World to anyone considering new windows!
