We rented a concrete planer on November 14 to use it the following Saturday for a project at our Kingdom Hall. At the time of the rental, the customer service we received was excellent. The staff took the time not only to explain but also to show me how to properly use the equipment. The following day, Saturday, we experienced an issue with the machine. Even though the store was closed, Breyce, the manager, gave up his day off and went to the store to exchange the machine for us. Breyce Franklin also offered us a generous discount if we needed to rent it again, which we did in order to finish the project. The following Monday, when we returned the equipment, we were pleasantly surprised when he decided not to charge us for the rental at all and apologized for the inconvenience caused during the project. We are very grateful to Mr. Breyce Franklin for his outstanding customer service, dedication, and professionalism. We highly recommend this location without hesitation. Ask for Breyce! Thank you!
