We had a maintenance issue and they got it handled in a timely fashion so we were able to keep the job on schedule. Only drawback was the lift was delivered 3 hours earlier than we had requested - we had scheduled it to arrive at a time when we'd actually be able to maximize the rental. Our delivery time was confirmed the day prior and it still came early.
