- JJJakboSep 19, 20251.0The only reason these guys make any money is because they have Trane OEM parts. They never answer the phone, customer service is handcuffed from helping people due to poor managment and policies. Forced to pay a 20% "restocking fee" for a part that was purchased maybe an hour ago. It literally took the counter person 20 steps to grab it off the shelf. The part was never removed from the box. When this restocking fee was questioned the counter employees just shrugged, said the manager isn't here, come back Monday. Customer service person was nice but there was no attempt to keep the customer happy, no attempt to contact a supervisor, nothing on the receipt says anything about a 20% restocking fee so basically they just robbed us of nearly $80. The lack of any empathy from customer service or not being able to contact a manager, in the middle of the day, along with the frowning faces on all of the employees leads me to believe this is a toxic environment here... what happened to Trane?

This is one reason I encourage people in this town to not buy Trane equipment. This place sure does make it frustrating to get a Trane going again.

The only one to talk to is nate! He knows what's Going on and will get you what you need! Nataly can't even do a card over the phone! She is lost!
