  I’ve been working with the holder group for a little over 4 years. Chris is my go to for color and material selections. Bo designs all our kitchens. Not only is he the fastest in the industry, but his insight and recommendations on layout are creative. They are not a sales team. They truly take pride in getting you what you need. 10/10 hands down!

  These guys are the most professional, honest, upstanding, hard-working people you can find working in Denver. I went through a (not-fun) remodel and they were my ONE "bright light" throughout the process. There was a glitch with the cabinets I ordered with them, which wasn't even their fault, but they stepped up right away, took responsibility, and got replacements rush-ordered right away. Their customer service is second-to-none. They actually answer the phone (imagine that), they answer emails within 15 minutes (it's crazy, but true), they always provide an answer to your question, and they do the RIGHT thing. Again, imagine that in today's world! They are the BEST. I will also admit that I am a bit picky and high-maintenance, but they never made me feel that way. They were always welcoming, even though I needed to go to their showroom many, many times to get through my project because I kept adding things I wanted to buy from them. I just couldn't get great service or product anywhere else. On the product side, we bought our floors and cabinets (kitchen and bathroom) from them. They are GORGEOUS. I absolutely love them. They take the time to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for, and the quality is amazing. I am also extremely picky about quality and the quality of both the flooring and the cabinets couldn't be better. I can't say enough about The Holder Group - if you are in need of flooring, cabinets, tile - anything for your remodel, do yourself a favor and go through these guys. You will be SO HAPPY!

  I had used The Holder Group previously for a commercial job and was totally satisfied. This time I had a residential application. I went to owner Chris as I didn’t know if I wanted wood, tile, vinyl or carpeting. Chris knows a lot about the products he sells and he explained the pros and cons of each material. We decided on carpeting as it was the best solution at a great price. Chris has a very nice selection of products and I was able to select the carpet from his inventory. Then I wanted larger samples to help choose the color. He had them shipped to the house in less than 48 hours. Once we selected our carpeting and placed the order, Chris immediately was able to give us an ETA. He alerted me when it arrived in Denver. Chris also has many installers he can recommend. We used Colorado Flooring Solutions who did an excellent job…can’t see any seams. We are very pleased. If you want great old fashioned customer service, go see Chris and his team!!!

  Wonderful! Locally owned business. If you want reliable, and attentive service at big box pricing this is exactly who you are looking for. I worked with Chris before he opened his own store and have sent him business for 15 years and have never regretted it.

  I’ve been a licensed contractor in Denver for 18 years and can say without a doubt, The Holder Group is the best in the business. Chris and Bo have incredible customer service, prompt responses to issues, prompt solutions, competitive pricing and wide choice of products for all projects. I can send measurements over and Bo will have me a computer rendering and pricing within 48 hours, that’s unheard of. I recommend them to clients, other contractors, family and friends. You will not go wrong with The Holder Group.
