    Swan Plumbing Heating of Denver sent tech Nathan Werling to inspect our water heater. He inspected the rest of our house and found a few issues that needed addressed. Water supply lines and valves need some attention which will need to wait after the holidays. There was an expansion joint coupling that developed a crack. Nathan gave an estimate which I accepted. He acquired the parts and replaced the coupling with no issues. He also cut away a large piece of carpet that had become wet from the leak. We both agreeded that it was needed to prevent mold. Nathan did not find major issues but addressed what he felt needed attention. I appreciated his detail in explaining what he found and what was needed to prevent further damaging issues. Nathan was very helpful in explaining what the inspection detailed and what was needed to keep everything running smoothly. His attention and ability to explain everything was very helpful in understanding what needed to be taken care.

    I wish I knew how to write a review like this before now because I would like to sing the praises of three of your team. Last month Justin and Jason, if I recall correctly, installed a new HVAC system in our crawlspace. They showed such professionalism and patience crawling in and out of our crawlspace many, many times. They were a pleasure to work with and even sat down and had a bowl of chicken soup with us! You are very fortunate to have them on your team. Then, today, Justin returned to swap out the thermostat for us because we are definitely tech challenged and found the Lennox thermostat very confusing. He patiently showed me how to schedule the new thermostat and left me feeling much less stressed. Finally, we met Miguel today who did our plumbing and safety inspection. That young man is a gem. He's knowledgeable and very personal, as well as very patient with us seniors. I am so pleased that we are now Swan customers!!

Our technician Miguel clearly communicated about the scope of the inspection and how long each part would take, thoroughly explained the results in easy-to-understand language, helped me identify which issues to prioritize, and provided friendly and professional service.

    Ruben and nima and Kathy also Rodney where amazing very helpful and professional got the job done fast and easy and explained how everything works and what they would be doing. Amazing team and very great work Alan was great also on helping with the estimate. Very helpful and professional also. Broke everything down price wise and what would be done I highly recommend them. Got my house all toasty warm just in time for winter. Got everything done less than two hours. In and out.

    The job isn't finished until the paperwork is done. Swan installed a heat pump mini-split for me in September. I would love to give them a better rating. The sales rep who came and did the estimate was awesome. The contract signing was great. The estimate was right there with two others I received. They got me scheduled really fast for the next week. The installers were great. Very professional and efficient. Had it up and running in 4 hours. The product is wonderful; a Mitsubishi. Its very quiet and heats and cools excellent. A fella came out a week after to do a quality check and get the Xcel rebate going. Perfect. So, why am I so dissatisfied? Here goes: About a week after it was in, a county inspector showed up to inspect a different project by a different contractor. I suggested that since he was out, why not also do the Swan project inspection. He checked in his iPad and gave a little "hmmm"....He tells me "looks like Swan never pulled your permit. That's a little sloppy, but it happens..." I asked him what do I need to do and he says "just give them a call, they should be able to take care of it quick". Well, i've called 4 times now over a month and a half. First 3 times was told no problem, we'll have the permit application into the county by the end of the week. The third time was 2 weeks ago. I called again last week and was told the lady I was dealing with was "on another line, she'll call you right back". She ghosted me again. Still hasn't called me back. Granted, I was told that the regular person who sends in building permit requests is out on maturnity leave. But from a larger firm like Swan, I would expect them to cover their bases. I'm hoping someone up the food chain there reads this and will make things right.
