He wanted to make sure he got the whole picture top to bottom to figure it out. Swan, you’re lucky to have a great tech like him who takes a lot of pride in what he does. Also side note. You should have a QR code for your techs so we can digitally tip them. They work hard and deserve some extra cash.

He earned our trust by explaining the work he would do, showed what he was looking for in his inspection, and then went over his findings with appropriate suggestions for maintenance and repairs. I appreciate Swan's capabilities to take pictures, record videos, and organize everything in the inspection report.

Never have I ever met another person more enthusiastic about their job! He walked me through everything in my house with an amazing write up, pictures and videos, answering all my questions and providing great recommendations. No pushing sales or work, just honest and helpful. Such a breath of fresh air as I have become accustomed to needing to keep my guard up around contractors who give little to no explanation on “why” things need to be fixed and then come up with crazy high prices. Can’t speak to SWAN pricing yet, as I haven’t received any quotes. However, I've never been more confident in making a recommendation about any company as much as I as I am right now about SWAN because of Miguel. 10/10 would call them again!
