  Silva Construction was contracted by the City of Denver to replace sidewalks in front of my house. They completely destroyed the rock and weed block that I had in front of my house. Called them per the City of Denver notice I had received. They "promised" me 3 separate times that someone would be out to fix the problem. NOBODY has ever come out or contacted me. This company is run by a bunch of incompetent wannabe business people. Stay far away from this company if you need any work done. I am in the process of beginning litigation against this company. Save yourself some time and heartburn. They are unresponsive and LIE through their yellow teeth. If I could leave something lower than a 1 star I would. Silva Construction SUCKS!!!

  They will damage your property, do anything they can to get out of fixing it. I am filing a CORA request regarding Silva Construction and their damage of people property during the recent sidewalk repairs in Denver. If you see this, keep an eye out for something in your mail because I am trying to contact every person where they did construction in front of their house to get a class action going. Enough is enough!

  Putting the public in danger out of either laziness or ineptitude. There should be signage out or someone handling traffic if you’re going to block a through street. Drivers can’t safely reverse onto 13th or 14th street for an unexpected turnaround. When I tried to inform the workers of the danger they created they claimed it doesn’t matter as long as they aren’t inconvenienced.

  To the driver of the Silva truck that almost ran over me and my dog when he ran the stop sign and then flipped me off.
