- CIC I4 days ago1.0They will damage your property, do anything they can to get out of fixing it. I am filing a CORA request regarding Silva Construction and their damage of people property during the recent sidewalk repairs in Denver. If you see this, keep an eye out for something in your mail because I am trying to contact every person where they did construction in front of their house to get a class action going. Enough is enough!

There should be signage out or someone handling traffic if you’re going to block a through street. Drivers can’t safely reverse onto 13th or 14th street for an unexpected turnaround. When I tried to inform the workers of the danger they created they claimed it doesn’t matter as long as they aren’t inconvenienced.
