They were easy to work with and charged us less than the bid because our rafters prevented installation of the larger tubes we requested. The smaller ones work great. We would definitely use them again.

It took Matt several weeks to schedule an appointment with me upon arrival he had a contractor he never met before meet at my home. When I showed Matt the area I wanted to install 2 skylights Matt kept referring to the contractor who we never met before with all the questions...how large can we go? How far in from the beam?...where will you cut in the roof?.... The bottom line the only thing Rocky Mountain Sky Light was going to do on this installation after the hole was cut in the roof was insert the skylight... No more no less. When Matt left he said he would get me an estimate the following day... The contractor had stayed as he mentioned he Also builds decks....we both looked at each other in amazement... The bottom line was why do I need Rocky Mountain Sky Light's... Just use the contractor himself... Here it is over two weeks later have not receive my estimate... Contacted Rocky Mountain Sky Light yesterday just a curiosity... They said I would receive one last night by email... Still nothing. Extremely unprofessional clearly they have no idea how do install skylight in a wooden vaulted ceiling. Terrible follow up... And Matt appears to be an amateur in this business.
