Long review, but it's honest and worth it, especially if you aren't sure what you're doing and are nervous you might make a bad situation worse. One of the rare ones!! I cannot say enough about the staff, there advice, patience and knowledge and then the products. I damaged our new quartz countertop and had the install company come and repair my damage, after which it was better but not what we wanted. I decided to research and found Rocket, they assured me that they had the products needed and I really could do it myself. They were right, I ordered the "renew kit" which includes everything you need. I have pads and other things that the kit includes but decided to invest and use what comes in the kit. The counter is way to expensive to cut corners to save a few bucks. I watched videos and read directions but still needed some reassurance. By the way, Rockets video on using the kit is actually better than the product manufacturer's. I called Rocket and they were great and talked me through. The results weren't good so I called back and again they were great, told me the common mistakes made and assured me that other than the snakeskin application which is the first step in the process I wasn't going to cause any further damage. Advice from them was go "really" slow, be patience, give the product time. The results were amazing! I tried to take before and after pictures but the damaged area did not show up well and pictures did not do near justice to the results. You honestly cannot tell where the damage was, the counter looks perfect! If you look at Rockets tutorial video our countertop looked exactly like what was in the tutorial. I just cannot recommend Rocket enough! I complete many Google reviews and this is by far the lonest ever, but these folks deserve it! Thank you all at Rocket, my life is no longer in jeopardy from ruining my wifes new kitchen counter!

I had three separate transactions that I ordered material from this company. One was for $991, one was for $558, and one was free $310. The material was not good and they told me they were going to give me a refund. It took a month to get a refund and they held back more money than they told me they were going to. The owner of the company said he was going to hold 6% restocking fee. After I received my refund, they held back 15%. This company is not honest and do not have good business ethics. I do not recommend using this company nor do I recommend ordering anything from this company. They give you a runaround and drag their feet when it comes to taking care of their customers. Beware and stay away from this company.

Took my Lavina grinder in for repair. The next day, I got a call saying the entire motor needed to be replaced and that this was the only solution to the problem. They quoted me $6,800—for an engine that costs $1,800 (Kawasaki FX600V 😂). I told them I’d pass and would be picking it up to handle it myself. They spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to pressure me into either paying for the $6,500 repair or buying one of their $17,000 grinders. But when I showed up to get my machine, the vibe was totally different. Everyone there was cold and standoffish—me and my dad both noticed it. They didn’t try to upsell me anymore or explain anything. I paid the $100 for the valve adjustment and got my invoice, which now mysteriously said the machine was leaking oil (it wasn’t before I brought it in). After that interaction, I had a feeling they were bluffing. I got home, fired up the grinder, and sure enough—it ran just fine. I even tested it in the garage for a bit and then just finished prepping a 1400 sq shop with it, it works as good as it did before. The so-called “oil leak” turned out to be from them not replacing the valve cover gasket when they adjusted the valves. That adjustment alone solved everything. They saw a young guy walk in and tried to take advantage—tried to run me for $6,800. But when I didn’t fall for it, they cowered like dogs. Super frustrating when you’re trying to build your business and get honest work done. I don’t recommend taking your machine here—unless you want Roxie and his guys to gaslight you.
