After my initial review, Mike from Rocket Supply responded wishing me “the best” and expressing hope that I found another supplier to better service my needs.
While I appreciate the sentiment, the issue was never about simply finding another supplier. I approached Rocket Supply ready to invest in equipment and build a long-term relationship for a new business launch. Instead, I received straight list pricing with no onboarding support, no startup consideration, and ultimately no path forward to purchase once Niagara became involved.
When a customer is prepared to spend significant money and establish a partnership, they expect responsiveness, coordination, and professionalism. Based on my experience, that level of engagement was not there.
If you’re a new contractor looking for guidance and vendor support, understand that my experience did not reflect that type of relationship.

After leaving my original review, I received a response from Mike at Rocket Supply stating, “I wish you all the best with your new business. I hope you found a supplier who will better service your needs.”
While I appreciate the sentiment, the issue was never about simply “finding another supplier.” The issue was the lack of communication, coordination, and follow-through during what should have been a straightforward onboarding process. I was ready to invest in equipment and establish a long-term vendor relationship. Instead, I experienced delays, inconsistent direction, and ultimately being shut down from receiving quotes altogether.
A dismissive well-wish does not resolve the underlying concerns about how this situation was handled.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ron and Mike at Rocket Supply while trying to set up equipment for a new concrete and garage systems business.
I reached out expecting support and guidance as a new customer investing in significant equipment. Instead, everything I was quoted was straight list price with no effort to provide a startup package, discount, or real onboarding support. Communication was inconsistent, and there was no ownership of the process.
More frustrating, after weeks of waiting on coordinated pricing with Niagara, Rocket Supply ultimately stopped quoting me altogether based on direction from Niagara, leaving me completely unable to move forward with purchasing through authorized channels.
When someone is launching a new company and trying to build a long-term vendor relationship, they expect professionalism, responsiveness, and partnership. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
This process cost me time, lost opportunities, and unnecessary stress. Based on how this was handled, I would caution other new customers to carefully consider their vendor options.

Long review, but it's honest and worth it, especially if you aren't sure what you're doing and are nervous you might make a bad situation worse. One of the rare ones!! I cannot say enough about the staff, there advice, patience and knowledge and then the products. I damaged our new quartz countertop and had the install company come and repair my damage, after which it was better but not what we wanted. I decided to research and found Rocket, they assured me that they had the products needed and I really could do it myself. They were right, I ordered the "renew kit" which includes everything you need. I have pads and other things that the kit includes but decided to invest and use what comes in the kit. The counter is way to expensive to cut corners to save a few bucks. I watched videos and read directions but still needed some reassurance. By the way, Rockets video on using the kit is actually better than the product manufacturer's. I called Rocket and they were great and talked me through. The results weren't good so I called back and again they were great, told me the common mistakes made and assured me that other than the snakeskin application which is the first step in the process I wasn't going to cause any further damage. Advice from them was go "really" slow, be patience, give the product time. The results were amazing! I tried to take before and after pictures but the damaged area did not show up well and pictures did not do near justice to the results. You honestly cannot tell where the damage was, the counter looks perfect! If you look at Rockets tutorial video our countertop looked exactly like what was in the tutorial. I just cannot recommend Rocket enough! I complete many Google reviews and this is by far the lonest ever, but these folks deserve it! Thank you all at Rocket, my life is no longer in jeopardy from ruining my wifes new kitchen counter!
