- RHRiley HarrisonJan 15, 20261.0Beyond disgusted! My home has had a gas leak that the local building supervisor passed off as no big deal just oil build up on the furnace. I had the gas company come out and confirmed the gas leak then all of a sudden Richmond cares and has the “big wigs” down to play cover up and make it a priority to fix. I haven’t even lived in my home for 3 years and have the same truss issues where drywall has damage after three times of sending out terrible warranty workers. Now they are refusing to fix something they never fixed in the first place. I would advise steering clear of Richmond anywhere. There is zero accountability, they “fix” things then wait for time to pass and claim they can’t do anymore. This is not a new problem, it is literally the original issue I’ve had since moving in.
- SWS WOct 15, 20251.0We filed a warranty claim for two windows that are getting moisture between the panes. Richmond sent out a technician from Prime Window Systems and he was here for a total of 4 minutes. We have the video on or ring camera. 4 minutes! He pushed on the glass and said they were fine. Never got a ladder out to check the exterior, these windows are on the second story. I’m guessing Richmond will just ride out the one year warranty and do nothing about it. Real classy, this seems to be a common theme with Richmond across their projects, check out other reviews. Our neighbors have also had a poor experience post closing. Buyer beware, poor quality tradesmen, if you can call them that, used to build their homes.
- KEKara EnglishApr 26, 20251.0I live in a Richmond home. This is the second light I have replaced. One in the laundry room. One in the kitchen pantry. Neither had junction boxes. Just wires hanging out of the Sheetrock with fixtures also anchored in the Sheetrock. High quality craftsmanship here. Unsure how any of this passed inspection.
