Cold is running into the hot side of the tank. We have done no work on these lines previous to this plumber so stop the lies. The work that my father, who is experienced, was working on the wash machine line, which should have been identified if the plumber was skilled. May I also mention that the worker said he would have to cut into the wall to see the problem. This is not the work of someone with experience. Currently finding someone else to fix your terrible work. Needed a fridge water line put in. By the end of the appointment and 320 dollars on top of the original quote later I had messed up hot water heater lines that didn't need to be messed with. He recognized it was we wrong before he left. Instead of fixing it and putting it back, he said, I can't keep doing this all night and then said if you have me back out here to fix it I am going to have to charge you. Shady and will never use this business again. As of right now, it is still not resolved.
