- WVWilliam Volkman5 days ago2.0Could have used a tech who knew about how furnaces worked, who would have re-attached/secured the air intake duct and vacuumed/cleaned the blower motor instead of recommending a full furnace replacement. He should have actually measured the furnace operation instead of stating that normal operating behavior was incorrect. Hopefully they send their techs to school for this however the one that arrived was pretty ignorant.
