When our condo’s unique HVAC system failed, they were the only company willing to assess ours and our neighbor’s “newer” system in-person, and adapt to a modern one. Their bid process was efficient, communication was prompt, and the transition from sales to installation was seamless. Even during the long, 13-week lead time with the manufacturer, all calls were returned within 24 hours. For actual installation, Christian and Kenny were outstanding! Through clear communication, their expertise and numerous consultative phone calls, they navigated the limited space, communicated set-backs promptly (anticipated one day became three with the expanded scope), and added dampeners with professionalism. Pasterkamp is refreshingly different and genuine, and I feel so much better with their one-year service and labor warranties. I highly recommend Pasterkamp for quality HVAC work!

He should have actually measured the furnace operation instead of stating that normal operating behavior was incorrect. Hopefully they send their techs to school for this however the one that arrived was pretty ignorant.
