    Ben Sack came to the home as we were looking at installing an electric fireplace. He provided excellent information and options for installation. He even helped solve why our current gas fireplace was not igniting. Strongly recommend Ben to provide excellent service and options.

    To say that New Electric went above and beyond would be an understatement. We put in a pool and reached out to New Electric to do all the wiring. They jumped in and got it done. They are very easy to work with and go above and beyond on the customer service side. I will only use New Electric for an additional electrical needs. 5/5 Highly recommend.

    The most incompetent Electrician I’ve ever experienced in 45 years of doing remodeling and construction work. They failed to run/install numerous wires in a new construction project for baseboard heating, floor tile heating, and other fixtures required in the plans. Only after the owner pointed out these errors did they take action to try to remedy them but some of them were not capable of being remedied. This error required the removal of 40+ sheets of drywall that had been installed , causing months of delay in the project because of the interruption of the schedule for other subcontractors. They refused to pay all the cost associated with the removal for the drywall and delivery of new drywall and installation.Every time a mistake was discovered by them they tried to twist and turn it to make it the owners mistake, or the construction manager’s mistake when in fact, it was their mistake. Then they would insist on a change order and charging more money to do what they were hired to do initially claiming they had to redo work, which was true because of their incompetence and their own mistakes.No accountability, no acknowledgement of their total incompetence of their workers. Complete Lack of oversight and guidance. Shawdy work on installation of exterior lighting ( just hacked into new siding without properly mounting the lights ) and damaging exterior lighting requiring replacement of the lights although not admitting they caused the damage to the lighting. The owner had to buy all new fixtures. then they charged the owner an up charge to install the exterior lights correctly as they It should have been done initially.Stay away from this company and do not do business with them under any circumstances. they lack the skill, the integrity and the competence to do any electrical work and charge a fortune for what they do.

    DON'T: first day went well, 2nd scheduled day they cancelled due to emergency call in bachelor gulch, then I get bill for day 1 and it's for 3 electricians. I was there the whole day and there were only 2 guys. It was almost a $1,000 over charge. How do they make such a MISS! Ben is a good electrician but speaks more than he works. Don't need someone condescending and bad talking my property. YES it's a 1940's hunting cabin that has been piece mailed around so it's rustic rough. Don't need him bad mouthing it as its a magical get away for me. Plus clean up after yourselves. Its not hard to have a catch bucket. Pieces and parts under every outlet. DO the work and be respectful. KEEP SHOPPING! In a time and material job, how can they not supply the materials list after multiple requests, yet add amount to invoice for materials billing. DISHONEST!

    Starting with Ben who came to our condo and was most professional and thorough with his preperation for the bid, he was outstanding1 Then to make things even better, Dirio and Giovani did an amazing and wonderful job doing the installation. Both of these gentleman were not only courteous but extreemly professional in every aspect of the instillation. Wonderful employees all! Tullis Thomas
