- CGChristopher GordonFeb 13, 20265.0Usually I do not like my time being disturbed because I work a lot and my family time is valuable to me, but when the guys from Home Genius came knocking they were so polite, professional and friendly that I had to hear them out and thank God I did because I knew my windows needed to be replaced because of the draft I was getting inside my house and how much I had to run my heat to keep my house at a comfortable temperature. They set me up with a consultation 2 days later. Hailey came out and chatted with my wife and I for a while, she was super friendly and knowledgeable, she did some testing and showed me why my windows needed replacing! We ended up buying new windows all the way around due to the great price and my OCD of having everything match! It took about 3 weeks and we got a call to schedule installation of our new windows and were super excited! The crew showed up pretty early Monday morning but we were ready thanks to the call from our Project Manager Matt the night before. Not only did our crew show up on time and get right to work, but the project manager was there as well to answer any questions we had and explain the process! They were finished by that afternoon and I was amazed on how clean the work areas were, how well the windows were installed and how beautiful it made our home look! I am so glad Home Genius came knocking because they made my life so much better, my electric bill lower and restored our faith in contractors! Thank you HGE, we will be back to do our siding this year!
