- DEdavi enciniasDec 10, 20251.0Greedy! I purchased a house with a soils report that was just a few months expired. The home owner assured me they would renew for no cost. They charged $150.00 for a new signature and as I mentioned that it was steep, they rescinded the offer entirely!!! No signature no current soil plans. Do not trust them to treat your clients right.
