- FBFran BarlowDec 23, 20255.0Great customer service here - I spoke with Al and was impressed with how he understood exactly what equipment I needed. He followed up with me to make sure everything was set up correctly.
- ACAaron CookeSep 9, 20251.0Door to door solicitor named James C. from this company’s Denver branch came in ignoring our no soliciting sign and attempted to do a sales pitch on me after I had told him he missed the no soliciting sign. He then asked who the decision maker was after ignoring what I had just said about no soliciting. He then tried to offer me a business card which I then declined again after reiterating the no soliciting policy. He threw his card in the trash and stormed out the door muttering some things about me that I couldn’t quite make out but were not quite nice. Please learn to respect no soliciting signs. Door to door soliciting is an antiquated business practice which is intrusive and annoying to those on the receiving end of it. I highly suggest re-evaluating this means of marketing as it’s on the same level of annoying and intrusive as cold calling now too. I would have not felt the need to write this review if James’ attitude was not poor and he did not continue to try to roll his sales pitch on me after I had told him “no soliciting” thrice.
