  I would love to say I had great service from Heart, and the technician Taylor, took some time to put in an outlet which I appreciate. The appointment was for Monday at 8 am and they called to tell me they would arrive at 830am. No worries there. What I don't appreciate is being charged $800+ for install of an standard outlet placed over my fireplace. I assumed once it was done they would leave things looking the same as it was previously. A hole was left in my wall next to the plug which is understandable, things happen, when I was offered either $50 off or having it be restored to original and having the drywall repaired. They needed a second guy to come out and fix the drywall on Wednesday. He came out and worked quietly while I was in work meetings which was appreciated, however, the drywall fix was not sanded and made even. I was texted to be asked if I had paint to match and before I could respond the tech left. When I inspected the work I noticed spackling on my new outlet and the cover here doesn’t lay flat with the wall. I'm disappointed in the drywall fix and the look of an $800+ install. I even opt to pay for the service contract for $20/month but may need to cancel that if this is the type of work I'll receive.

  That Driver would dreads doing that work up here in Johnstown needs to watch how he's driving you guys are gonna end up with some property damage and maybe I should recommend some ELD devices so you can watch your drivers while they're inside your vehicle vehicles so you know that they're maneuvering and operating them to a legal standard

  Richard, the HVAC mechanic, showed up to our property promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained that the problem was a faulty thermostat. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to resolve the issue without unnecessary repairs. I really appreciated his professionalism and clear communication. Highly recommend

  Very courteous, consenticious and friendly helping us in repair options and costs. Trent way very thorough in examining our furnace, invoking Ryan to answer questions and provide as much information as possible with a second visit. They also sent an electrician (Omar) to review other issues and price additional information for our requirements. The company offered a well priced option for maintenance. They also provide options for financing and bundling discounts if needed. The technicians are great to work with and very informative.

  Daniel was very polite and professional. He tested the outlet, checked the lines, was able to find the issue and get things figured out and up and running again. He was very quick, cleaned up any mess he may have made. He explained everything as he was going and went over it again. In the end. I ended up signing up for the care package for other services in my home. I would definitely recommend Daniel and Heart Heating, Cooling, plumbing & Electric.
