- KHkimmey hassettDec 11, 20251.0We spent over $15,000 on plumbing fixtures for our new build, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Ferguson sent us wrong items and even left out items we had ordered. When we contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility, they made us pay for the replacement items upfront and told us we’d only get a refund once the incorrect items were returned. This is such a poor way to do business. If a company makes a mistake—especially on an order this expensive—they should be the ones to fix it without putting the burden on the customer. To make matters worse, when the reordered items arrived, they were missing parts. Between the lack of accountability, the customer service frustration, and the quality control issues, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. I expected much better from a company of this size. Would not recommend based on our experience.
