  Tylor came in to do an electrical check, he was great. He explained everything he was doing in detail. I appreciate his honesty, he gave me his card said to call and ask for him and he would help in any way he could if I had any electrical needs.

  I really enjoyed my experience with Doctor Fix It! We had a number of issues due to our property management company's negligence (Bungalow by the way, cannot discourage people enough from using them) but we had both Scott Munson and Patrick Cottam-Rhine who not just fixed the original problems they were called for, but identified multiple other very serious issues and insisted they be addressed. They both went above and beyond their job to advocate for us to get the maintenance we desperately needed, and we appreciate them so much!! Doctor Fix It as a company also did a great job confirming appointment times with us, keeping us informed about changes/processes/etc., and being comforting and personable (such as sending photos of who would arrive so we felt confident letting them into our home). I highly recommend!

  Barry the Dr. Fix It plumber did an Above and Beyond job for us recently. He took time to understand our specific issue and used his experience to debug and determine the problem. It took them a lot of time and effort, but they are people of their word and did what they said they would. As always - we appreciate the Dr Fix it entire Team and in this case especially Barry's diligence and expertise. Well worth having the Dr Fix It Service agreement and getting all your work done from one quality entity. Thank you Dustin T.
