  I'm very pleased with the the sidewalk repairs done by Condor Concrete. Socorro made the arrangements. Then his team, capably headed by Riccardo, arrived early and completed the job in one day.

  Sergio and his team at Condor Concrete did an outstanding job last month replacing and expanding my driveway and back yard patio. Sergio was open and honest with his quote and educated me about the entire process. This was extremely helpful because this was my first concrete project. I had site visits with 4 other concrete estimators before calling Condor Concrete. I was given their name by a neighbor who hired Condor Concrete to replace his driveway 10 years ago and it still looks like a new driveway. I especially liked the fact that there was no peeling on his concrete. Sergio explained that the peeling is caused when installation crews spray water on the drying concrete to buy more to finish it. This results in weakened concrete bonding on the surface and leads to peeling usually within 3 years. The installation crew, led by Ricardo, was fast, efficient and detail oriented. They worked closely with me as I reworked my sprinkler system. In fact, they were so careful installing the forms they found a shallow fiber optic line I had forgotten about and were careful not to cut it. His team also expertly installed driveway edge curbs due to raised landscaping. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new driveway and patio expansion and would give Sergio and his team 10 stars if we could. Thanks a million Sergio!

  Condor Concrete did a great job at a reasonable price for high quality work with superior customer service and communication. They tore out my old driveway covered with asphalt, my sunken and broken garage floor and patio. They came up with a creative way to fix my old, broken patio, over pouring it with 3 1/2 inches of concrete with plenty of rebar tied into the house. I know it's solid and looks great. They were always prompt. Socorro, the owner, has a hard working team of good guys who know what they are doing. He is up front answering, any questions I had from beginning to completion. When I had a few concerns after they had completed the job, he returned to show and talk to me about proper care of the new concrete. Very impressed with his company and their values of integrity and honesty.

  I had Condor Concrete do our residential driveway in mid-November. They did a great job, but wanted to give it a few months before writing a review. What I can say for sure is that they did a great job on the concrete, including the slope and drain plan. There is a spot off the concrete that sometimes blocks the flow of melting snow, but that is my fault and not that of Condor. As long as I keep the swale clear, the melting snow runs off the side of the driveway before the garage and keeps the driveway free of ice. Thanks to the Condor team.
