- MMMayDec 27, 20251.0I'm terribly disappointed in Cabinets To Go. We bought our kitchen cabinets from them, and the quality of product has been fine, but the customer service has been abysmal. Our original designer screwed up and sold us a mix-match of crown moulding, in addition to too many trim pieces (this is where they drive the cost up astronomically). I had these left over pieces... still brand new, in the packaging, and a sku/product(s) they still sell... but because we're outside of their 60 day return window, they refuse to work with me. No exceptions, no accommodations, nothing. The store says to call customer service (which is off-shored), and customer service says to call the store. Classic finger pointing. No supervisor override, no consideration of the mistake made by their designer, no consideration that the products I'm trying to return are in perfect condition and could be re-stocked / re-sold. I need one more piece of the correct moulding to match the rest of our kitchen (because of their designer's mistake), and they won't even facilitate an exchange. $500+ of product down the drain, and they want me to buy the 1 piece of trim I need for an additional $150+. BUYER BEWARE. Dealing with this company is like negotiating with a terrorist. They are iron clad in the extent to which they hold to their policies. There's a reason they have you sign a docusign legal agreement just to buy a cabinet. You'll get what you paid for, but don't expect any accommodations or support along the way. And if things don't go exactly according to plan, you can surely bank on being out of luck and up a creek. I understand having consistent business rules and policies, but at some point you'd expect there to be a human element in trying to take care of a customer. 'Not with this company.

Researched every company and Cabinets- to-go in my opinion is the best with price and customer service. Ace is timely with responses, helpful, and knows what he is doing. I would give him 10 stars if that were an option. A huge Thank you to Ace. I will come back and post photos once installed.
