  Cameron and Keith was not able to finish today, due to a needed part from Lennox ( which is closed today) but for my safety and for my home they made me feel comfortable that the decision was made was in the best interest for myself to have a quality work and safe part that will last. The plan is to come back Monday morning with the part needed, specific to Lennox HVAC unit.

  Moose did a wonderful job installing a bathroom fan and fixing some of my smoke detectors. I have vaulted ceilings and the fan was last replaced in 1984, so it was not an easy task. The new fan is quiet and works perfectly. Moose was very kind and professional and took his time to explain what he was doing. He also made sure to make friends with my dog before he started to make the instalation process completely stress free. I would highly recommend this company. Be sure to request Moose.

  Kevin with Brothers P&H came to our home this morning, we had a leak in the basement that started yesterday. He was prompt, on time, pretty much self sufficient and very courteous. He has been to our home previously a couple of years ago and did fantastic work then also. Our recommendation is with Brothers P&H. He was also very knowledgeable about our desire for a water softening system in the near future since we believe that the hard water is the largest contribution factor to our water issues from Thornton water. Thank you

  Job was supposed to be one day and took 4 days. Had to put my tenant up in a hotel because they failed inspection twice after it was supposed to be fixed. Charged me almost $6k and went from 1 day to 4 days. They were responsive in getting back out there to try again but that only means so much when it’s costing me additional money. Asked if there would be any compensation for this inconvenience and was given the run around. Would not use again.

  I am super pleased with Brothers! I am new to CO and have been through several plumbers for issues I've had with my 30 year old home. This time I needed help with my gas furnace. Cameron arrived on time for two different issues. He was respectful and knowledgeable. He never tried to 'upsell'. He presented the serious safety issues but didn't try to make minor issues seem scary. He completed a thorough examination, clearly diagnosed the problems, quoted the work and fixed the problems quickly as quoted without any surprise billing. He also provided quotes for less urgent work that can be completed in the future. The quotes were honest and significantly less than quotes received from competitors. Cameron helped me build trust in Brothers such that I decided to join their maintenance program which saved me 10% on this and all future services with a company I now trust. Thank you Cameron and Brothers!
